Going by the Patriots camera fiasco (which was a far bigger story), the going rate for organizational misconduct seems to be draft picks.

Arbitration is only for the civil case against the Saints.
If they decide to peruse legal actions then it will go to a trial by jury.
Goodell could still suspend coach for a few games though.

Patriots lost a first round draft pick for their scandal, this is more of a profootballtalk.com fiasco. I don't think anything with real teeth will happen to the Saints.

draft picks? there is no way.. this is nothing like cheating. no way should the saints lose draft picks over some in house incident that has no bearing on the game itself.
