Serious question. Who has the right mix of talent and coaching to put this kid in a situation where he is most likely to succeed? I really want to see him do well at the next level.

I'd love to hear why you think those teams are ideal for him.

Strong proven coach, strong proven vet Qb who would have no problem telling him what the deal is, low chance of playing immediately, other backups are Rex Grossman and Colt Brennan.

I would say the Saints. Bring him in as a league minimum back up and let him learn under a great QB in Drew Brees and a great QB coach in Sean Payton. The saints have tons of talent at the skill position that would help him. Also he has more potential than any other QB on the saints roster like Chase McDaniels.

Ditto on the Saints. The Saints have no depth at QB. They can afford to take on JR as a project at a cheap salary. Low risk...possible high reward in the future. If it doesn't work out then they just cut him in camp. No big deal.

don't want a guy like JR anywhere near the Saints. He is not a leader. He has already proven that he doesn't take football serious. If he wasn't serious about it while he was making $30 million, why in the world would he be serious when he's making $1 million?
