I actually believe you. I've never really been a fan of putting Ott in the weekend rotation, but at this point it's time to stop the bleeding.
This team's confidence and swagger is shot.
Coach M has his hands full(our pitching is attrocious) but he'll get the boat corrected and finish respectfuly.

Good, finally. As far as the hitting, i'm not worried, it seemed like in that first game today almost every out was a hard hit ball.

In our last 5 SEC games we've scored 9, 8, 6, 3 and 5 runs. Those numbers are good enough to win 4 of those 5 games. Hitting, while it could be improved, isn't the problem.
And if you don't think Matty Ott starting will make a difference unless he can hit, you have a lack of baseball knowledge.

Should he start imho..... yes. Is he going to start against Florida, NO. Unless Coach M. changes his stance from what he said in the Sunday Avocate...
