has to be tebow.......I love the guy and what he stands for but he should have been a 2nd rounder at best.

I don't think the Tebow pick was as bad as what the Broncos gave up to pick him.

Not even close. Jaguars pick was projected in the 3rd and they took him 10th overall.

I will be amazed if Tebow survives a a qb.

Broncos were already facing a possible QB battle with orton/quinn and now they give up 3 picks to move up to take tebow?

says you.....I expect more from him than I do tebow. I guess we can say it's a push. Both made questionable picks.

BTW I don't like the Tebow pick. Just saying he's not nearly as bad of a reach where he went as Alualu at 10.

cool, but they both reached and at least Alualu will contribute something right away. Tebow won't even see the field for sometime and he may not be anything when he finally does.

Tom Jackson looked like he was going to go postal when the broncos picked tebow.

Jags. I don't think anyone expected that guy to go in the first or maybe even the second. Even if they thought he was the 3rd or 4th best DT in the draft they still could have grabbed him in the second. The Broncos first round was horrible though. For all that moving around they didn't really accomplish anything as far as gaining picks or improving their team. They took two projects in the first round that aren't going to provide immediate help for a team that has been gutted over the past couple of seasons.

Not so fast my friend. They got rid of Scheffler and Moreno is light in the arse. I could see Tebow as an H back/Tight End/Redzone specialist this year.

ok let's see it first......I am talking qb, do you waste a first rounder on a H back/Tight End/Redzone specialist? Ok, some do but why?

He most likely could have been had further down.

I hope he succeeds, I really do.

Denver took Tebow because he's squeaky clean and helps their image instantly. They are all about character right now supposedly. I mean they got rid of 3 of their best offensive players.

Worst = Tyson Alualu

why? because they could have traded down, gotten ANYTHING for that pick, and still drafted him in the late teens, early twenty's.
