Is this game compatible with PS3? Anyone here play it? Good, bad?

Yes it is compatible if you have a first gen PS3 like I do

y dont u just get the show if u have a ps3, the hitting and pitching systems are similar

that game may have had college team names, but thats pretty much it. between the 07 and 06 versions the game had the exact same rosters, just switched which roster was for which team. So the 06 LSU team is the exact same players and ratings as a different team in 07

I do have a first gen PS3 and yes I do want a college baseball game. I assume they have dynasty mode or something because I saw updated rosters somewhere....

it plays on the PS3, i think i still have 07, i enjoyed playing it, but it was just the same as every other baseball game.

This game was one of my favorites because I could play with the Cajuns and they wouldn't suck.

I have 3 copies of that and 3 copies of MVP 2005 
They were in the bargain bin for a few bucks a piece at gamestop one day and I'd hate to lose a copy. Still play a season on MVP every now and then.

MVP 05 was by far the best MLB game Ive played. Since I have 360 I'm stuck with 2K10. Although, the "my player" mode is pretty legit.

Glad I'm not the only one... I recently bought MVP Baseball 06 to play on my PS3. Had it on the XBox and it wasn't one of the 13 games they decided to make compatible with the 360.
I thought all PS3's could play all PS2 games and even some PS games
