I'm buying a house and the seller has agreed to pay for a 1 year home warranty policy up to $450. It's up to me to choose the company.
Any recommendations on home warranty providers? I've read some reviews saying that a lot of the companies are a pain to work with and make it difficult to get anything done. Are there any out there that are known for being responsive?
