Jaime Garcia is pitching well in his first start of the year. Given up 1 hit, 1 BB, and 5 K's through 4 innings. Also just drew a walk at the plate to extend an inning.

He's done a hell of a job for a guy that's basically featured 2 pitches... especially since neither is an overpowering fastball.

Unreal. And I know it's not all physical, but tree-trunks for legs and ridiculously strong hands/wrists are a good place to start for building the bionic hitter.

Yeah, I knew he had a live arm, but I didn't remember him having that much natural action on the 2-seamer. Gonna shatter a lot of lumber.
