Die Hippie, Die - VERY funny if you've ever lived in a college town and hate the smell of patchouli as much as I do.
Ginger Kids - Hilarious because it spawned this YouTube video
Make Love, not Warcraft - If you've ever played Warcraft and kicked the habit or have ever lost a friend to it, you owe it to yourself to see this episode.
Cartman joins NAMBLA - If the title alone doesn't intrigue you, well maybe South Park just isn't the show for you.
Cripple Fight - Yeah it's dumb, but it's hilarious too.

Check out the Christmas episodes, the Pink Eye Halloween episode is my personal favorite. Cartoon Wars, Imaginationland, Cartman's Mom is a Dirty Slut, & Korn's Groovy Pirate Ghost Mystery are all great too.
And "With Apologies to Jesse Jackson" is a must watch.

Here's a few to get you started. Although you could go watch them all starting at Season 1 and it wouldn't be that big of a waste of time IMO. There are some bads ones but they are mostly good.

Great show.
One of my favorite episode goes back ten years. Gottalook it up but it centers on a kindegarten class election for class president. An obvious attack on the ridulous political process of the 2000 election.
The show is at it's best when they attack bullshite like that.

The episodes that features Stan's dad, Randy are usually the funniest ones to me. Two of my favorites are "Bat Dad" and "Stanley's Cup"
