What are their best cuts of meats per the food and drink board? I plan to put away some serious volume there

DONT GO! Go to Tradicao steakhouse. It is the same principal as Fogo and Texas de brazil but family owned. Everything I had at Fogo in Houston was oversalted- i felt like I was biting into chunks of sea salt. The cuts at Tradicao actually taste different from each other and they have 14 types of meat. I went last Friday and loved it.
Also, it is cheaper than Fogo and Texas de brazil

I've only been to the FeauxGeaux de Chow in Chicago, all of the steak cuts were money.
