Speed speed speed! Gonna be fun

Sam, mingo, baker, and shepard chasing qb and peterson, morris, and loston chasing receivers= a lot of turnovers and our sacks triple from last year. Yeah i know we only had like 5 last year but this d should be fun to watch. Baker was flying through hole on the couple of blitzes we ran.

we blitzed more than once, but we weren't showing anything special on both sides of the ball

I saw some good things yesterday and I saw some not so good. Pretty much the same as with any practice type game.
I try not to get too excited one way or the other, cause we played ourselves.
I wish JJ had stayed in the pocket a tad more, but rolling away from the pressure and throwing the ball away is not always a bad thing. I wish JL didn't have his quick 6 500 lb gorilla jump on his back again, but he did some good things. I wish our R had a few less drops and I wish I knew for sure if the RBs/O line was as good as they looked or the D needed work.
The weather was good, LSU got some TV exposure, no big injuries, the team got to work on somethings, LSU made some money, and the fans got an afternoon of entertainment. All in all, it seemed like a win-win to me.
