Does anybody have the Military Channel? I was thinking about adding it to my Cox Digital Cable plan, but wanted some feedback before I do.

Just reading the descriptions of the shows on there every day, it looks like it would be pretty entertaining.

Anyone have anything good or bad to say about this channel?

I can't help you too much. I've enjoyed the little bit of it that I've watched, but I have no patience when it comes to a lot of these digital tier channels. I feel like they have 15 mins of commercials for every minute of programming.

I enjoy it, lots of good WWII footage (like OST said what history used to be) and some good modern documentaries like top sniper and the such

If that's true, then I'm all over it. I could watch that kind of stuff all day.

You won't be disappointed.

Military, History International, and Nat Geo are probably half of the channels I watch with any sort of regularity.

One of my favorites. Watched a great show on MC last night about how the Marines used dogs in WWII.

I like it. If you remember older History Chanel shows like Heavy Metal or the Discovery channel's Wings, then you will like the Military Channel.

History Channel Int is awesome too. I catch Engineering an Empire or stuff like that on their all the time.

The problem with both of these channels is that they are not in HD. I've gotten to where I would almost rather watch an inferior show if it is in HD.
