This is a portable pitching mound my brother and I built for my 10 yr old son. It meets all little league specs, and is working out great! My son loves all things LSU, and is having fun and working hard at becoming a better pitcher. Just thought we would share something that is LSU themed and is providing a lot of fun for my son and me...

Somewhere, a wheelchair just crashed because the ramp is missing.

I should have done just that it would have been much easier!

We are working on lots of drills. He is learning but he has much to learn. These pics were taken right after Christmas before we started correcting a lot of things...

You can purhase mounds in different sizes and if you come to Baton Rouge to play at the park on Oak Villa you will pitch off an artificial mound

I know nothing of little league ball...is this the normal setup for these guys?....looks to me like there is a good risk of injury from accidentally stepping off this thing...
