If Lafell runs a sub 4.4, he's likely going to be a 1st rounder. With that said, I think he ends up around 4.44-4.46 and an early 2nd rd guy.

Have anyone from LSU ever blown you away with their 40 times?

Article in The Advocate today says that Trindon could improve his draft stock with a great 40 time. I find that to be completely ridiculous. It is a known fact that he is blazing fast, with hours of film available of him running in probably 100 sprints in his career. So, he runs a great 40 time, and some NFL guy is going to go, "wow, this guy is fast, we need to draft him."

His issues are his size, etc. I just can't believe anyone decisions will be made based on his 40 time.

True, but that's one guy over the past ten years of multiple NFL combine participants.

If Lafell runs similar to DBowe (4.5 range) he will be in good shape...

I think a lot of people will be wrongfully disappointed in Trindon Holliday soon.

I don't see him breaking 4.4 IMHO. I think he hits around 4.41-4.43 range.

I think a bigger concern for Lafell is his hands. He never really proved he won't drop a lot of passes. Bowe's senior year really helped him improve his draft status, because he showed he improved his hands and didn't drop passes like Lafell has over his whole college career.
