Wow thats surprising,way to much money for DS.IMO he wouldn't fetch near that on the open market.Oh Well.

I guess this means they wouldn't to commit to more than a year. If they're willing to pay that much I'm sure they could have reached a 2-3 year deal without the tag.

They will probably put the tag on him to keep other teams from taking him while we work out a deal with him. He probably wont stay franchised. IMHO

That's my reasoning on this. I would have given him 3-4 million, and if a team came along to try to take him, match their offer.
