Just finished watching it for the first time in a long time. Great movie, has to be one of the top 10 sports movies of all time.

Would have been better with an actor who is better than Keanu Reeves. Costner is horrible.

I thought Costner fit pretty well in that role. Kinda like how perfect he was for Tin Cup

Yeah, that's probably a fair assessment. Probably fits who he really is. If he actually has to act, it is painful.
E.g. Robin Hood. You don't realize how bad he is until Connery shows up.
