rated #1 coverage corner by Rivals. Does he get significant playing time next year? He's being compared to Javier Arenas (TBD on that one).

Last I read, he still needed to get qualified academically, although maybe he has by now. Assuming he is or will be, if he comes in and works hard and has the right attitude, he may be able to break the two deep. We've got PP locking down one side and Eugene and Claiborne probably battling for the other spot. I was curious as to whether we might consider moving Ron Brooks to CB for depth.

jimmyd says he'll be good to go grade wise. wouldnt be surprised to see him get some pt next year

Awesome! That's the only bad thing I've heard about this kid. I don't know if he will get any PT next year besides ST, but he should be a big time player for us over the next two to three years.

+ Taylor likely sliding into nickel on passing downs. + track record of not many freshman playing under Miles + he's small and will probably need to add weight and learn to deal with stronger receivers = not likely.

Nope, he won't. Our corners are pretty good. He needs to hit the gym pretty hard too. But, after a redshirt year look for him to compete.

If he shows up with enough weight on and competes in spring as well as he did at the UT camps, I say let him play.
