Just about anywhere, but I would think anywhere in North Beach... and oh, the natives HATE when you call it San Fran.

I was in San Fran for both playoff games. We watched both games at a sports bar called Knuckles on North Point near Fisherman's Wharf. It's attached to the Hyatt. It was nice. If you plan spending more than $150 you can reserve a booth that has its own 42" flat screen. They had buckets of beer for $15 during the playoffs.
