Why is there more support for JJ than JL?

Both are extremely young qb's with different styles, but I have not seen the same amount of support for JL. Why is this?

Maybe it has to do with a shitload of interceptions and looking like a deer in headlights coming from JL when he steps on the field?

At least JL made an attempt to throw the ball downfield. JJ needs to learn the throw the ball away and not take so many sacks. Also, your offense averaged 30 points a game two years ago.

Because JJ is the starter.

I think the coaches and fans messed up JL. I think if he got the opportunity, I think he could turn things around.

I can go out there and "attempt" to throw downfield, just attempting don't cut it

That's a cop out, JJ has the same coaches and fans and he plays better bottom line

He should have never been the starter. After playing 2 1/2 games you mean to tell me that he deserves to start? He never played AL, FL, and Aub before this season.

All I have to say is Matt Stafford. If they would work with JL the same way Georgia worked with Stafford, I bet you JL would be a great qb.

How did he play better? Getting sacked 25+ times this season. Remember, this was the same offensive line JL had last year. Of couse minus only 2 people.

JL didn't have time to get sacked because he was to busy chasing opposing d-backs

Granted this was a bad game. However, he probably didn't work out with the first team as much as JJ.

The offense wasn't ranked 100+ under JL.

A bad game shouldn't be 38% completion against La Tech. That is a terrible game.
