If Bush leaves, I hope the Saints go after McCluster!

He should be available in the late 2nd. He is quick as a cat and would be a perfect fit for Bush's role. He is just as explosive, can take a lick, and would cost way less.

Forgive me, I didn't do a search.
Your arguement with Bush and McCluster would be better if both played in the SEC. Even the NFL network guys kept saying over and over how his performance was in the hard nose SEC conference and not a weaker conference.
The knock on Bush isn't him being effective, it is him bringing his A game every week. He only does that 1-2 times a year. McCluster is a hard worker and a player. Many teams will regret passing on him. He may only last 3-5 years, but that is worth a 2nd round pick.

Wow you act like the SEC is a big difference from the Pac-10.
Bush out of college - 6'0 200 lbs
Mccluster- 5'8 165
He's 4 inches shorter and 35 lbs lighter, idc where he plays SEC/Big 12/Pac 10, dude's like a feather and will stay injured his whole career.
The SEC is good, but even if your point did make sense, which it doesn't he didn't even play the whole season because of his size, why wasted a 2nd rounder on some1 who can't even play a whole season?

McCluster is Reggie Bush lite. McCluster will never be able to handle the beating the NFL will put on him. McCluster will be a KR/PR at best in his short NFL Career.

THAT is what Bush is....BUT, when he is on the field the defense has to account for him! He is a perfect fit for the Saints!
Sidenote: I am reading SWAY right now and they have a great discussion about value attribution. Basically, we shouldn't view Bush as the #2 draft pick. The draft is over and his value shouldn't be judged according to when he was picked 4 years ago.
