nice player, but he never did anyhting to help the city the way Brees has. Lived in his upscale world, never went or donated monry or time to any organization that I know of. Never went to any of the schools and talked to kids (unless it was Newman

From another thread on this topic that I posted to. You guys need to learn a little more about Archie....here is my response to haters....
This is far from the truth. Archie has been active in media and his wife is a well respected socialite. As a couple they participate in many local foundations that help the city in various ways. They live in Orleans Parish. They raised their family in New Orleans. They support local restaurants and arts on a weekly basis.
A better question might be this: Why did none of the Mannings attend Louisiana schools for college? I get that one of them had to go to Ole Miss. But both?

from onther post I wrote name one business, school, hospital, civic program or public association or organzation that the Maning have lent their name to? Eli and Peyton sent a plane of food for Katrina, okay what else. Nice family, nice man but they have not given back even close to what the city gave them. How about sponsoring a public school passing league, after school tutorial program, a wing a childrens hospital? shite the two kids make more then 25 million a year in salary and endorsements. But they love new Orleans?
Brees has done more in 4 years the that family has done in its entire life a residents..............
