Kippy goes way back with UT..he is the guy who coached Willie Gault, Anthony Hancock, Mike Miller, Tim McGee, Alvin Harper,Carl Pickens, etc.. plus he was OC for the Miami Dolphins and was Wr coach for Andre Johnson at Houston and Calvin Johnson at Detroit...Came back to Knoxville to be near his grandchildren..He can already draw his NFL Pension..Kippy is an "OLD SCHOOL" coach..Tough on his players and relates well to the young black kids who have never had a father figure..Alvin Harper swears by him...
