What was the attendance like. Ratio of fans for each team and how full was the stadium?

Stadium was not full. Likely 5k empty seats in upper deck and scattered throughout.

PSU outnumbered LSU 2 to 1.

Thanks. Although we did not have much to cheer for, when we went ahead it seemed like we made more noise.

Probably not. Maybe like 1 1/2 to 1.

I was in the upperdeck, there were quite a few empty seats up top

it looked to me there were about the same amount of fans, maybe more for LSU

psu fans were extremely lame too

63,000 at the game, more than I expected given the weather. I sat in their section. One thing I can say is, everything that was written about their wimmen is true. Pillsbury Doughgirls.

although we might have been louder than them, it was due to our student section, rest of the LSU section did not really make any noise til the 4th quarter. the whole PSU section would stand up and cheer, i couldn't even tell you where their students were

It was almost an even ratio of LSU to Penn State fans...but the Penn State crowd was very loud!

I was in the lower section and could see all three decks. Looked like 50/50 to me. They were louder, but then they had a little more to cheer about.

I guess I'm the only one who didnt think much of their fans, may have been because of where I was sitting

their whole setup was lame as frick, we are Penn state, seven nation army, sweet caroline...almost all their band songs were real songs written by other artists

only decent thing about that game was during the tailgate when we changed " We are Penn State" to
"we are homos" and the penn state fans lost their minds

That's kind of how it works. All of ours are except for the down cheers.

i agree with this. i was not overly impressed with anything about their fans other than attendance. and i disagree with the student section being the only one cheering for LSU. i was in the second level at about the 20-25 yardline and everyone there was cheering and cheering loudly. my guess would have been about 50-50. surprising turnout given the horrid weather. THAT FIELD WAS A JOOOOOOKE.

Eh, we have a ton more original songs

I mean they played seven nation army after first downs, I think. Then they pranced in the streets singing it like it was theirs

I don't know where you were, but nobody in section 128 sat down the entire game! We stood, yelled, chanted and tried to provide a 12th man.

From my seats it looked about 3/4 full and about 50/50 on the fanbase.

Couldn't really hear you. The stadium never got that loud.

I don't know if I've heard anything quite as annoying as the fans moaning along with seven nation army
