this. I bought a 4 day hopper (cheaper than the 3 day through AAA) and I plan on using one of the days tomorrow night (try to be at Magic Kingdom by 8 since it closes at 2) and then hit the game Friday and do nothing after.

Mapquest says 10.5 hours

The O/T says that that's only if you drive like a pussy and they have made the drive in 4 hours.

Can be done in 10 hours, but need to hit the Mobile Tunnel and Pensacola at the right time. Also, do not expect any town east of Pensacola until Tally. Almost 120 miles of emer. Call boxes FWIW.

BTW, is Cafe Risque still around?

The day after Thanksgiving we made it from Disney World to our driveway in Prairieville in 9 hours and 50 minutes. That's actual time not counting the hour I gained, that was also with 2 kids under 5 in the car.

You must drive like my grandma.

Did it for Thanksgiving in 10.5 hours.

This is false.

Crestview, De Funiak Springs, and Marianna are decent sized towns with places to eat, get gas, and hotels.

Ah, one of the great cultural spots in the Micanopy community! Still there. But has become quite a tourist stop with all the billboards and such. :geauxtigers:

I've made it in 9 1/2 hrs. I use to live Between Gainsville and St.Augustine and I would drive to NO each weekend. It took me almost an hour and a half to drive from there to Orlando. I would drive around 90-95 though.
