looking to give a bottle wine as a christmas gift. any suggestions.

That's a pretty general question. Any idea of what the recipient likes? If not, a good Napa cabernet is usually the safe way to go. Maybe plumpjack or Paul Hobbs.

I like anything Francis Coppola Diamond series.
It's not THAT expensive but looks like it is. And it's damn good wine.
