2011 will be our year

DL talent, QB and skill positions will be good and experienced. If we can keep PP as a senior I see a year similar to 2007.

I didn't say they were going to have two losses. They could have one loss or go undefeated. The 2007 team had experience, talent, character, and leadership. The 2011 team could be like that, too.

I'm not going to comment on the "what-ifs".
The only way PP comes back for a senior year is if:
- He gets hurt
- LSU almost wins a NC next year, but not quite, and he gets the hunger
- He plays baseball, gains 30 pounds ala Chad Jones, and his speed decreases

Winning a NC is very hard. We've been blessed with two this decade. If we don't but have a 10-2 season with a Sugar Bowl or Cap 1, that's still a good season. Do you think we should fire Miles after seasons like that? I don't. And if the fans cause a force out after such a run why would any top-tier coach want to come here?

We have a good shot at beating Bama in 2011 just like we beat Fla in 2007. Why have you penciled in a loss for that game?

With Ingram and Arenas probably going to the NFL next year from Bama, Tebow and Cooper from FLA gone, we might actually have a pretty good shot.

LSU won a BCS Championship with LEs Miles as HC. Its old news, but it did happen in 2007.

So Bama/Florida fans could say
With LaFell/Woods/Coleman/Alem/Scott/Williams/Dickson gone they have a pretty good shot.
People need to remember LSU is losing just as much if not more than those 2 teams.

Ingram is a sophomore and won't go to the NFL. Losing a PR/CB won't hurt Bama very much.
Florida is going to see a HUGE dropoff next year.
