the sec limits mean nothing, they just want to prevent teams from signing 30+ and having to pare your roster down

Saban will sign 28 every year and cut players he doesn't want anymore

LSU has had some attrition and it's likely more will be coming but LSU should be able to sign 28 next year

You can add Patrick Peterson to that list - he's gone after jr year

I would almost have to agree with you, but I'm not sure if he leaves or not...

He is the heart and soul of that Defense. When you see them getting pumped pregame, it's a Sophomore in the middle yelling and getting his teammates ready. When he is on Special teams, it's HIM that's looking into the crowd and telling them to get on their feet. He loves LSU.

I remember when he committed to LSU he said something like "for the next three years I will be at LSU"

According to what I've been told the SEC limit is meaningless.Early enrollees don't count towards that #, so 85 is really the only # to worry about.Auburn and Tennessee are both looking at signing 30 or more with early enrollees this year.

It was a knee jerk reaction to Nutt signing 982341 kids in one class.
