Nope!

The guy had a great year last year, probably overachieved as far as I'm concerned, but the hard working, team player guard from last year seems to be a cocky, bad shot taking, turnover making player this year. Did the NIT not humble you? How bout the ULL game when you turned it over repeatedly, then took terrible shots to make up for it? I know he's a bit injured, but wait for your shot, or at least take good one's, and take care of the damn ball. Quit acting so damn cocky. Just do what you did last year.

I'm out!

Wow....get a life dude. Do you realize he is about the only scoring threat on the entire team? And does that make you feel better calling out a 19-21 yr old guy for playing his arse off? Go jump off a bridge.

but it's better than allowing someone to drive the team bus over a cliff.

The dude is an a-hole to the ball boy even. He's playing like shite, and I agree it has a lot to do with losing MT, but there's no exuse for his play. He's better than he's playing.

That piss-ant ball boy deserves it. Little kid thinks he can just run around wherever he wants. Bo is just putting the punk in his place.

Spencer
8-29 for 22 % from 3
16 assists to 14 turnovers

Bass
2-10 for 20% from 3
21 assists to 4 tunrovers

Are you telling me Spencer can't take care of the ball better?

Bo is not and never will be a point guard. Ask Bobby Knight. He's a scorer, which is why I didn't like his signing a couple of years ago. He's an undersized 2 who won't play the 1

I think Chris Bass will be the point guard for this year eventually. He has been already for much of the time.

At least until next year. I think Andre Stringer starts from Day 1.

I just think Bo is better than what he's playing, and I like a cocky player, just not a cocky player that plays like crap. He'll step up but he has to get that ME stuff out of the equation. Turning over the ball repeatedly and not hustling after it is a different player. MT going didn't change that.

bo is one of 2 players on our team who can create their own shot. I still think storm strggles with a dribble but if he gets it low enough he's money.

Bo's trying to find his new role. He's trying to do too much. He's playing too many minutes because Trent hates not having him on the court.

I'd like to see if your (Trent) criticism still rings even remotely true midway through the SEC schedule.

Everyone on this team has a lot of work to do. Bo plays his guts out and leaves it all on the court. He's got talent and effort and plenty of time to fine tune it.

Go find a football team to bash.

Obviously you haven't read all of the posts. I like the guy, I think he's a good player, but I think he's underachieving. I know he'll progress throughout the season, or at least I hope. He has to be more of a leader. If you've been to the games you've seen him play poorly and bitch at everyone else. That's not going to help the already young and inexperienced team at all. If he plays like he can, he and the team will be competitive in the SEC

Attacking his play is one thing, but calling him cocky and questioning his leadership skills was a little too much for my taste.

I think Trent is telling him to shoot - he has the green light. The problem is he's not a good shooter off the dribble, he's a catch and shoot guy. Having another guard making shots (like MT) would sure help him to get an open look every now and then.

He's also a hell of a penetrator and a fantastic finisher.

For me, Dotson is the key to this team. If Dotson find his shot, it will help Bo get open for his. With Bo and Dotson shooting well, we won't see near as much zone, and our "bigs" will have a lot more room to operate.
