Does anyone have a recipe for this? I tasted some over the Thanksgiving holiday and it blew my mind. It was made by my Great Aunt from Louisiana but it would be useless to ask her being that she never uses measurements.

They sell a good version at Cracker Barrel... I always get their pinto beans n' onions w/ cornbread and chow chow relish...
