how much does a teleprompter cost. maybe TAF can pony up for a portable teleprompter for Les.
since Les is not leaving and not going to get bought out this would be the single best way to improve his image.

Les should be required to take a speech class at LSU.
Everytime he says "I uh, I uh" he gets a $100 pay cut on his next check. And if he doesn't get at least a B in the class, he pays the professor's salary that year.
