Big article in the Shreveport Times about heading for 0-11. My brother's a graduate. He's not happy.

They had the #1 d2 recruiting class, should be better in the next couple years.

Peveto was left with virtually no talent. BUT theres no way they shouldnt have won a game. I wonder if he makes it to next yr?

Virtually no talent? According to media guide, 18 returning starters (7 on Offense, 9 on Defense, 2 specialist) from a 7-5 team that finished 4-3 (T-3) in conference. 50 total letter winners returning. Add to that the #1 recruiting class. This was the year they were building to in Natchitoches. I will grant you, there is a new system and the offense has sustained some injuries, but they have enough talent to finish around .500.

I heard Peveto interviewed on local radio for a whole hour (pre season). From a strictly verbal/rhetorical standpoint he struck me as being not very bright. But lots of good FB coaches don't come across as intellectuals.
