Oh it would be horrible. That word chippy makes me laugh, you know whenever announcers say it when players on the field are looking to shank each other.

imo, les would be on the hot seat next year. i think if we lose the next two he could be on the hot seat. granted, he won't be fired this year but there would be a lot of pressure on him for the 2010 season.

Didn't Florida fire Zook after 2 mediocre seasons?
I'm not saying fire Miles-just pointing out what another program who is on the verge of winning its 3 NT in 4 years did because they wanted to be on top.

That is why this game against ole miss is huge. If we win, we win out. If we lose, we lose to ark as well. Whomever we do play in a bowl game doesnt matter cuz Miles is the best bowl coach in America

no, it was after they wen 8-5 (his thrid year). if we go 8-4 this year, imo les will be in the same situation as zook was.

Yes, but Zook didn't win a NC 2 years before that either. Nor did he have the overall winning percentage that Miles has.
