From what I remember of Rondell Mealey's career, he basically had a breakout Indy Bowl after Kevin Faulk went down, but that's about it. KW hasn't needed injuries to starting running backs to show what he can do. He was the standout back on the team at the end of the 2006 regular season, only to be inexplicably replaced by Jacob Hester in 2007.

Rondell had a better career than Keiland, plus he played on 2 very shitty teams.

I think Rondell actually was allowed to run the ball on consecutive plays however.
