We run way to many packages on offense. We need to simplfy our offensive playbook. Part of why Lee was screwing up last weekend. If he starts this weekend, with limited snaps for RR and maybe Jefferson, I would like to see for one game everything run smooth. Or is it Crowton? Just needs to go. Something new?

I agree. Crowton is much dumber than you. He is paid almost a half million dollars a year and he can't figure out what the casual fan has already deduced. We should replace that idiot with you.

Crowton is paid almost half a mil, and his offense currently ranks 100+. thats with a team that arguably is top 3 in the nation in talent.

Coaching change is needed IMO FWIW.

2 consecutive disastrous offensive seasons.

Last year we were actually pretty good offensively. Crowton runs one of the most complex systems in all of college football. The thing I don't think he does very well is simplify it for the players he has. I expect the offense to look much better next year after all the young guys have been in the system a few years.

I give Crowton 1 more year to address the current offensive package. If the 20 plus quaterbacks that we have, still don't get your system, I will come and list your home for you in your plush CC of Louisiana crib.

Why is Crowton not having success then, if he's so fricking smart?

We were horrific at QB, the most important position on the field. Does this guy even pay attention to this position, or does he just draw up plays on the computer?

Leave and don't ever come back. Better yet, just quit life, because you are an idiot.

This is absolutely true. Coaches aren't geniuses. You deceive yourself if you think they are.

Why so complex to throw the ball sideways and run the RB up the middle. Oh, that must be how he simplifies it.

It's a thinking man's game and that is the problem. Crowton trys to out think everyone on the field. If anything he needs to cut the packages that are lease effective. Since we have no dominant run game, I wonder what will happen this weekend?

Why do people even waste their time responding to a post, when this is the best that they can come up with? Just because you get paid a lot of money doesn't mean you are competent. Doctor's get paid plenty of money yet they still amputate the wrong leg, remove the good kidney, etc. Those are mistakes that none of us on the Rant would make, yet they do it more times than we know.

Einstein said that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results. That is the LSU offense this season.

As an engineer, I am a trained troubleshooter and problem-solver. Some of us "casual fans" are better at knowing how to fix things than coaches who are often stuck in their ways of thinking.

Granted they get paid they millions of dollars to correct the problem or they will be looking for a new job. But does it really hurt for a fan to voice his opinion on the matter without personally attacking him.

We are Tiger fans, first and foremost. Before you post a hateful reply, ask yourself if it contributes to the thread. If not, do everyone a favor and quit typing.
