ronnies makes his boudin more like they do in lafayette area. as my wife says "its like the boudin in the country"

i find jerry lee's has to much rice. his head cheese cant be beat though

ronnies cracklin is 10x's better and jerry lee's does not have smoked boudin

jerry lee's for hogshead cheese though

Jerry Lee's hog head cheese is so damn good. I'm a little bias on this subject though.

I was a Jerry Lee's guy for a long time...


Made the switch to Ronnie's and never went back to Jerry Lee's.

i made some a few weeks ago. tasted great but cant get texture right. will just continue buying from jerry lee's.

thats excellent meat on the head. boil it off bone and use the ears for the fatty gel. good stuff

You tried to make head cheese? Its a pretty long process.
