There is a high liklihood that LSU ends up in a BCS bowl game with 2 losses. Just sayin....

Wrong. The other would probably go to Florida. Each conference can only put 2 teams in a BCS game.

I will say this Ye Olde, a lot of the time the loser of the SEC championship game misses out on the 2nd SEC BCS game while another team gets to go.

LSU went in 2005/06 and didnt play in the champ game and it has happened more often than not, so I see where you're coming from. I dont think the bowl officials pass on Bama and Florida this year if they stay undefeated in the regular season, though

+1. Both teams would have been top 3 for most of the season. The loser will still get a BCS game. MAYBE if the loser is embarrassed and blown out in the SEC championship game they won't.

This has happened when both teams have the same amount of losses. In this case they would most likely have 1 and we would have 2

Nah, You can only have two teams from the same division. LSU could go all the way. Florida would get the Sugar Bowl and Bama would be among the likes of Capitol One or something.

Right, but if LSU loses to Bama there not going to go to a BCS bowl over a 1 loss bama team was my point

Bama would have to lose to Moo St or Auburn and Blown out by Florida for this to happen

Damnit our fans are so retarded. Do we really need a daily thread that's wrong about this?

If you define a high likely hood as either Bama or Florida tanking before the SEC championship and the game being a blow out.

I don't get aggrevated by the fans who still hang on to the "Hey it could happen!" b/c it's always true. It was great it happened to us for our previous NC, but the likelyhood of a repeat--- well it only came once in BCS history so let's just not bet on it.

EDIT: I just realized this guy is talking about any BCS bowl and not only the NCG... 2 loss BCS bowls happen all the time.

There are some really, really, really stupid posts on the rant today. Between this one and the Josh Williford one

Now I remember why I stay away.
