saying they aren't locking down their state is like saying we aren't because 16 guys from Louisiana are currently committed to BCS conference schools not named LSU. How many of those kids that are committed to other schools have tOSU offers?

I guess just looking at their top 10 vs ours is telling. I believe you always wanna get as many of those guys as possible.
