Watch out for this 15yr old sophmore. He's a 6'2" wide receiver for McAllen Memorial High School! This summer at the AAU summer track and field championships we won the 16yr/under high jump at 6'10" and finished 2nd in the 110hurdles in 14.02. Last year as a freshman he started at WR on Varsity and made all-district 1st team. He's now drawing double coverage so #'s are down but this kid is the real deal! Both parents are doctors and he's a 4.0 student! He knows LSU's one of the only handful of schools were he could play football for national championship and run/jump on a national champ caliber track and field team! Being able to do both is very important to him so Tigers have a great shot at this kid!

He jumped 6'10" as a 15 year old? OMG!!! Can you say fade pattern in the end zone.

What's his 40 time and are there any vids of him?

I don't have any video of him but I'm sure some will be available sometime soon! His 40 time is 4.4! He running style is very smooth not fighting it at all! Looks alot like Bolt! His father has shown me the letter from Pete Carrol/USC!

I'm from Lafayette and I've been living in Mcallen for 2 yrs now...i would say that 5A football in the RGV is equivalent to 1A in LA...You see fast straight line runners but no guys with great agility...LSU is a stretch in my opinion...maybe A&M at best..(I did have an internship for NE in their scouting department so i do know what i'm looking at)..But glad to see Tiger fans in the Valley.

I think both of you are getting ahead of yourselves about a guy that young. He's got plenty of time to establish himself.

That's not my point. My point is that there are sophomores now considered to be SEC players that won't be, and players no one has yet heard of that will be SEC players. This guy has plenty of time to soar in the ratings or play himself into intramurals.
