SC/Oregon State commentator = deranged serial killer?

Was I the only one who heard the commentator for the SC/Oregon State game refer to the Beavers' one timeout remaining, "sticking out, you know, like the old lady you keep in the basement"?
Am I crazy, or is he? Does that make sense to anyone?
I did a search on all the sports boards but didn't find anything, but I'm pretty sure I didn't imagine it.
