Lunch in New Orleans

Looking for a place to have a nice lunch in New Orleans next Thursday. Time, money, and location are not an issue.
Just looking for some opinions as to where you think the best lunch in the city is.
I'm leaning towards August as I know they've begun serving lunch daily, but I figured I'd see what the experts think.
Suggestions?

If you want to get drunk...CP has the best food/drink combo with 25 cent martinis.
MiLa and August are both excellent choices, as is Cuvee. Rio Mar for a tapas lunch if you want something different.
