Need Help: Is it worth it?

I'm in a 12 team PPR league. I'm debating trading Brian Westbrook & Donald Driver for Joseph Addai and Wes Welker. I have LeSean McCoy on my roster and I'm going to try and keep him out of the trade. The other party says they're interested but may ask for more than just Westbrook and Driver. Is it a fair trade as is?

I think so. Welker is a PPR beast.
