We are falling behind top Tier of SEC

Folks, Bottom line we are not that good. Middle of the pack team in the SEC. We may have the skill players but we do not have the overall talent of Florida and Bama for what ever reason. If the talent is there like some have stated then it falls on the head coach to deliver the goods. The next couple of years we will see if he is a coach on the level of Myer and Saban. I hope he is but we continue to slide back. Sorry if this gets folks pissed but I don't see him keeping us in the top tier of the SEC. I hope coach Miles proves me wrong.

Well, I do agree with you. However, it will be interesting to see how UF rebounds next season after losing the majority of their defense and offense. We've hit a rough patch, but we are still right in the mix with Arkansas, Ole Miss, Auburn, South Carolina, Georgia, Tennessee.
Florida and Alabama have somewhat seperated themselves from the rest of the SEC this season and last, but it will be hard for them to keep it up. I truly believe that LSU is just having trouble putting all the pieces together.

top tier programs have down years
this isn't even a down year yet
we fixed the defensive woes of last year, if we fix this year's offensive problems we're right back on top
I understand the negativity to some degree but acting like the whole program is crashing down is way too extreme

So your saying we can't win a national championship every year? You're crazy, I like you, but you're crazy

Come on man, don't you have any intelligence? Grasp of Reality? That whole thing?

take a look at our depth chart...we lose very little off of our depth chart...the only thing that might hurt us are early departures from possibly haden, the pounceys, or carlos dunlap
on top of that, the fact that our entire 2 deep on defense returned this year will be helpful next year with depth and experience

Mediocracy is where were heading. Although i think the whole RP situation is still affecting us, we are becoming a team that everybody hopes will win rather than expects to win.

We aren't crashing, but we are riding the edge of a knife right now.
It can go either way...we are certainly crashing our reputation that we spent years building though.

You do realize that means you are gonna get absolutely decimated on defense in the next couple of years, right?

can't you go to a FL board instead of hijacking this thread?
