Is it beyond saving this year? What do we need to do to straighten it out? Should there be an open competition for starting spots for Saturday's game.

I haven't seen an LSU offensive line this bad since line the early 90s. My God...

Do we have no other gaurds on the roster that could possibly play?

We are sending the same guys out every weeking expecting them to improve, and it is not happening. May be time to change the personnel...

That's what I'm thinking. This is Miles' baby. Perhaps we make a change at Center, too. It's just not working.

Sometimes even the most subtle changes pay big dividends.

Granted, but I also haven't seen this bad of play calling since that time either. Does everyone really think that our offensive lineman are just bad players???? Come on, be realistic. Running the football is a mentality, it's confidence...it's like hitting in baseball. However, I will say this...if we continue to pound the ball into a 5 yard wide area with 10 people already occupying that space we won't ever be successful. We need some counters and misdirection to keep defenses honest. We have to be the easiest team in college football to scout.

You make some good points, but we used to be able to shove it down people's throats and play nasty. We have no nasty streak this year.

I made it a point to watch Ciron Black alot during the game. He was getting blown up right and left.

How about respect for yourself, your teammates and school? How about getting through adversity. NFL front offices and coaches want players who will play football, not cash it in because the coach sucks.

Sadly he's been that bad all year. He had quite a few whiffs out there Saturday too.

Yeah..I don't get it. The guy was a dominant player for most of the past three years. You don't just become shitty overnight. Is he playing hurt? Could that be the case?

Im with u but like ive said on here before, most of the players say Miles just doesnt have a presence in the locker room. That the last NC was really because of BO P. Not Miles!

Do you really think we don't have more options, misdirects, shovel passes, screens, etc in the playbook? This play calling MUST have a person. Look how we opened things up at Moo State when things got too close for comfort.

Charlie and Gordy made a good point on the post game the other night. Looks like you have 2 coaches (Miles & Crowton) fighting over play calling. That is why there is no consistancy on offense.

is this another way of saying of offense is unpredictable? because it is. it may not be as successful as we'd like but it's definitely unpredictable

Blackwell, Shaw, Lonergan, hell Faulk could probably play guard if need be.

Not at all, just saying that is why we aren't sticking to one style. They are just all over the radar. Yet Predictable at the same time.

I watced the line a lot, both sides of the ball, and we are getting physically whipped far too often.BUT there is no way any line can block more than one guy each and as long as we allow every team to load the box with 7 to 9 people we are not gonna be able to run . Why don't we make teams pay for loading the box? Is it b/c Jordan can't read defenses and check off? Is it the coachs' play calling? I have never enjoyed winning less than this year. That will probably be ending shortly though.
