My boss brought me a whole gallon freezer bag of fresh tabasco and cayenne peppers...need a good recipe for homemade pepper sauce!

Roast all of them
Put them in a blender
Put them in a super soaker
Aim directly at urethra belonging to your inept employer
Repeat as necessary
Seriously I'd probably just throw it all in the trash if someone gave me that

Dry them and save them for various things. I like put dried and crushed tabasco peppers in things like spagetti sauce.
Salsa, chili, grilling rubs, etc.
Saucing them seems like you wouldn't get much out of it.

1. Put the peppers in a jar. Fit as many as you can in there
2. Bring some vinegar to a boil, and pour over the peppers.
3. Let it sit a few days to absorb the flavors. The longer it sits the better.

You're also the same guy that was down on Louisiana food the other day.
Kudos on the idea, though. I'll save that one for later.

Thanks, guys. We always had a ton of that stuff around the house growing up, but I never knew how it was made.
