Are backpacks allowed in TS?

I have a clear backpack to carry in panchos and towels. Are they allowed in tiger stadium?

I have seen people in my section wearing similar backpacks. It will be searched, but I think you will be allowed to bring it in. Lord knows women can bring their huge arse purses to the stsdium.

Fan guide says nothing bigger than 8.5 X 11. I'm carrying an old back pack style nylon gear bag that's probably legal-size, for pOnchos and a towel and if they don't like it I'll take my stuff out and carry it in and throw the bag away at that point. No man purse.
