Do I start Phillip Rivers vs. Oakland or Kurt Warner vs. San Fran?

I like Rivers. SF Defense might be quite good. Oakland's defense sucks.

yeah id go with rivers. did you not see what that looked like when the saints played them? their D is terrible

I have V Jax as my 3rd receiver, and I'm a little worried about starting him against Nnamdi. Bad matchup.
I also have Breaston, Torry Holt, and C Henry on the bench. Henry at Denver, Holt at Indy, Breaston at SF
Any suggestions?
