It is very likely that CBS uses one of their double headers on that game putting some decent game on at 2 then LSU vs Florida right after.

there's no question Bama-Ole Miss will be the day CBS game and LSU-Florida will be the night CBS game that day.

CBS sucks. Hate the announcers, the stupid music, the whole vibe. Bad for LSU. Bad karma. Day games suck. Much prefer ESPN.

Bama will lose to V.T. so if we are 5-0 and UF is 4-0 I can see them putting us on at 7.

I don't, b/c it brings back bad memories. I realize we've won some big games that CBS covered, but I seem to recall more that we've lost. And I also seem to recall CBS forcing LSU to play day games, more times than not. Therefore, when I hear that "stupid" music, it just gives me a bad vibe about the upcoming game.

cbs has had their tentative schedule our for a while now and the LSU/UF game is slated for a night time primetime CBS game
the bama, ole miss and UGA games (all on the road) are all slated for 2:30 kickoffs
nothing is official until the week leading up to the game, but the tentative schedule has been right on the last few years

I just had chills run down my spine thinking about being in Tiger Stadium... night game... Forida and LSU unbeaten and then the Golden Band from Tigerland hits those four notes!

Doesn't matter..unless its a huge blow up and LSU has 2 losses and UF has 1, this game is going to be prime time...nothing against your game against Ole Miss..but in the only game that UF has a shot at losing all year, no way CBS doesn't air it at night.

I think that if they are undefeated when that game is played yes, but if not Ala. & the Rebs play that night and we play that day. JMHO!
I feel we will be 5-0 going into the Florida game and that winner will play the other in Atlanta in Dec. and that winner will play int BCS NC.

Trust me, I'd rather the Alabama-Ole Miss game be in the day. Its not like 60,000 Ole Miss fans can get too crazy, but I'd still rather them not be all liquored up from a day in the Grove. I just don't think its a sure thing quite yet, CBS loves the cinderella story of Ole Miss already.
