Caller on sportstalk made a good point last week.

What if a convicted felon applied for a position with an NFL team in the maint. or accounting/finance dept, and that person was turned down because of his felony conviction.

use vick as an example. I have been under the impression that he served his time and now its fair for him to get second chance in the NFL even though he is convicted felon.

Does this point change your opinion on players getting second chances to play in the NFL?
