Where's the 1st noticable drop off in quality?

In a 14 team yardage league where TD passes are 6 pts. Wondering what the consensus is on where you're better off dropping to the bottom of the round and getting an early second rounder......We draw out of a hat with first pick getting to choose his draft position. This goes on until all 14 spots are filled. I'm thinking after pick 8 or so I'm better off dropping to the bottom.
