Freaking moron. I knew the answer.....only b/c I looked it up online and found the answer. I felt sick when he decided to go for it b/c I knew he wouldn't get it before he answered since the audience was WAY off.

It was a question about the 4 beverage buttons LBJ had in the whitehouse. The listed 3 of them...Coke, Coffee, something else, and the question was what was the 4th one?

Answer was Fresca. 40% of the audience said Yah Hoo and he went with that.

why are you mad at him for going with YOO HOO? I realize he should have walked away, I would prolly even do that at that point, but he wanted to go for it. YOO HOO had the mosts votes at like 40%. Fresca had less than 10% of the votes.

I would not go with the audience on the million dollar question. The last question I'd go with the audience on is probably the $25,000, because they get harder and the audience doesn't really know the answer most of the time.

I saw that, and would have guessed yoo-hoo, too, even before seeing the Ask the Audience. The 3 drinks LBJ liked were coke, tee, and coffee, and the possible answers were fresca, v8, yoohoo, and a&w. V8 just didn't seem right, and fresca and a&w are sodas, and he already had coke, so I just naturally guessed yoohoo.

Yeah, they're basically all just guessing, at that point.

I would just assume that an audience of people attending a taping of Who Wants To Be a Millionaire is a bunch of imbeciles.

They're actually usually pretty good... when it's in the $1,000-$25,000 question range. No way you can expect them to know a $1,000,000 question, though.

No way you rely on audience for the last 3 questions.

Phone a (googling) friend or just take the money.
Guy is an idiot.
