I like mine in egg wash and flour. I spinkle a little NuNu's on it when its done and usually eat with cocktail sauce.

For fish, I'll use a mustard/hotsauce wet soak and then finish with Zatarain's seasoned fish fry.

1 small can evaporated milk
2 large eggs, beaten slightly
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons vinegar
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1. Mix together, milk, eggs, baking powder, and vinegar and marinate seafood in this mixture for at least 1 hour.

2. In paper bag mix seasonings and flour. Put seafood in bag and shake to coat.

Easiest ever, you'll thank me 100x after!

Flour, seasoned with small amount of salt, and smaller amount of red cayenne pepper.

Take part of that dry mix, and mix with equal part cold water.

Shrimp in wet mix, then dry, the 350f till they float.

I swear, you'll wonder why you'd ever make anything more complicated.
